- Institute 1: 9/17 and 9/18, 9am-3pm (All participants)
- Learning Walk 1: 10/15 (Cohort 1) or 10/16 (Cohort 2)
- Learning Walk 2: 11/17 (Cohort 1) or 11/18 (Cohort 2)
- Institute 2: 12/11, 9am-3pm (All participants)
- Learning Walk 3: 1/7 (Cohort 1) or 1/8 (Cohort 2)
- Learning Walk 4: 3/4 (Cohort 1) or 3/5 (Cohort 2)
- Institute 3: 4/15 and 4/16, 9am-3pm (All participants)
- Location: Seattle metropolitan area
- Clock hours: Participants will receive up to 45 clock hours
- Cost: $2,500 per participant, which includes all learning materials, clock hours, and lunch on full-group institute days
Cohort assignments, learning walk times, and meeting locations will be announced by September.
Payment may be made by purchase order (a reference number is not required). Please note that purchase orders must be received by September 3rd to confirm your registration. Email your purchase order to edlead@uw.edu.

Refund & Substitution Policy
- Registration cancellations received on or before August 18th, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund.
- Registration cancellations received between August 19th and September 2nd will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued on or after September 3rd.
- Registrants may request that a substitute be sent in their place instead of requesting a cancellation. Requests for substitution must be made in writing to edlead@uw.edu on or before September 12th.
