Seattle MESA Teacher Professional Development

Review and planning of Seattle MESA STEM day event. Introduction of artificial intelligence curriculum, implementation, and hands-on practice with new technology.

Training Details

• February 1, 2025, 9:00am-3:00pm
• Participants may earn up to 6 STEM clock hours for full participation
• The following standards for OSPI Clock Hours will be addressed:
  • National Board Professional Teaching Standards
    • Teachers are members of learning communities
  • Cultural Competency, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Standards
    • Shared Expertise
    • Responsiveness
  • Career & Technical Standards for CTE Teachers

    • Knowledge of learners and their development in social contexts

    • Knowledge of subject matter and curriculum goals

    • Pedagogical knowledge for career and technical education teacher candidates

• Clock hours will be awarded after the training concludes. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
