Leading for Equity is designed to engage practicing teachers who are alumna of the UW Seattle Teacher Residency in a collaborative learning community that supports their growth in becoming antiracist practitioners and colleagues. Participants will engage in reading, reviewing cases, and working together to explore biases and assumptions and develop actions towards supporting each other as well as other emerging and practicing teachers.

Course Details:

• Online sessions on 1/24, 2/28, 3/28, 4/25, 5/30, 6/13, 7/12, and 8/23 from 4-6:30pm
• Up to 20 clock hours for full participation
