About the Early Childhood Leadership Program

This program, offered by Cultivate Learning at the University of Washington’s College of Education, integrates leadership skills, health and wellness strategies, and child development expertise, providing a well-rounded approach to personal and professional growth. Participants will gain practical, research-based strategies that can be immediately applied to their role, resulting in tangible improvements for the children, families, and staff they serve.

Clock Hours

Up to 63 Leadership Clock Hours are available for full participation in the leadership program.

Clock hours will be awarded in May at the end of the program. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
