Course Description: Mentor PD is a monthly professional development aimed at supporting mentor learning around supporting novice teachers in the STR program. 

Learning Objectives:

-understand a trajectory for novice teacher learning

-improve mentoring practice through ongoing conversation with a community of mentor teachers

-embed equity in all aspects of mentor practice

-build bridges between UW coursework and practicum experience
